Cuban Immigrant

2 oz gin
2 oz fresh orange juice
2 oz Sprite soda
1 scoop sherbet

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously, strain into a highball glass, and serve.
